What are the payment options?
We accept all the major credit/debit cards including American Express, MasterCard Visa, Visa Debit as well as PayPal.
When are my goods delivered?
Once we receive your completed order, we aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours. We will only charge your credit/debit card once your product is ready to dispatch. If there are any delays we will contact you usually within 24 to 48 hours. For more information please refer to Store Policies page.
How will my goods be delivered?
Within the UK, smaller packages under 2kg are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class. Larger packages are delivered by our appointed couriers: Parcel Force and UPS. International orders are delivered using Royal Mail International services, DHL International. For more information please refer to the Store Policies page.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. For more information please refer to Store Policies page.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
If we are experiencing delays in completing your order or if the product you require is no longer available, we will notify you immediately. In the event of the item being out of stock we will order it for you. We will contact you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
